About Our Firm
Alicia M. Skow joined Village Law Center with founder Dennis Kelly 14 years ago in a part time support capacity. In 2016, she began to practice full-time in the area of Wills, Trusts, and Estate planning. Her prior legal experience includes serving as in house counsel for a large insurance company.
Alicia has been a resident of San Marcos for over 25 years. She and her husband Randy have been blessed to raise three children in this lovely community. She spent many years actively involved in the local schools and her church. Alicia is a member of the North County Bar Association and the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce. Alicia has also served as a judge for USD law school student legal writing competitions.
She loves this community and is honored to be able to serve the community by providing excellent legal services with compassion.
Dennis P. Kelly is fully retired from the practice of law as of December 31, 2019. After having served clients in this area for over 40 years, he is enjoying his retirement with his wife. Dennis provided quality, compassionate legal services and this is instilled in how Village Law Center continues to serve its clients.
