Setting up for Success

When a person dies leaving a valid trust, a Trust Administration becomes necessary to carry out the wishes of the decedent’s as written in his or her trust. The person who created the Trust, the Trustor manages the trust during his/her lifetime as the Trustee.  Upon the death of the Trustee, a Successor Trustee is named to handle the administration of the Trust.  A Trustee has fiduciary obligations in the administration of a Trust, we can assist with meeting those obligations for a smooth administration.

Trusts are Important because...

it provides a manner in which to have your estate distributed with a private administration as opposed to having it go through the Probate court.  The private administration saves the estate money and time.
